Snuggle under our hypo-allergenic comforters or duvets for a great night's sleep, then awake to the aromas of "the best breakfast in Fryeburg". Widely acclaimed by our guests (and a few of our fellow innkeepers who've found themselves under our roof for the night), you'll find something different every morning. Items may include homemade Maple Oat Scones with butter and jam, Derrek's savory bacon waffles with scrambled eggs, or raspberry stuffed vanilla french toast with crispy bacon, and muffins full of Maine blueberries.

Rates are based on season and all are subject to change without notice. The lower rate is for quieter times such as November and April; the higher rate for Foliage season and certain weekends in the summer. A two night minimum stay is also required for most holidays, and weekends during February, July, August, September and early October. We also have frequent specials and inclusive packages if you're planning on staying for more than one night. Check them out for some great deals!
